Do we have any evidence that the Chinese actually did fly surveillance missions over the US during Trump's presidency? I don't recall being ever briefed about any such balloons during my time as acting secretary. So if it was occurring and the intelligence community was picking up on it, at least from my perspective, it was not being communicated upwards because had it been, we would have taken some action.
