What Are Your Thoughts on Transital Meditation?

Transital meditation is one of the earliest and most well known forms of mindfulness. The more you practise ite, the more easy it is to collect the mind according to Dr Richard Branson. T m doesn't bring a kind of presence that allows you to sense what's actually happening in your life. But when we are aware of our mortality,  we're tensing against what can go wrong. And there's tension about what round the corner that might be overwhelming. It stops us from fully savoring and luxuriating but i'm not always aware of that.
