You, You, Second Person Singular, and the Third Person Plural

The word you is both singular and plural. If i'm talking to you, i'm number one, you're number two but we're talking about another person. The third person would be him, her or it for singular, and them for plural. And as you know, the subject verb object order in english is very, very strict. We like to keep it that way.
