Manisha: I think alternatively you could have fixed the mucosal repair and left your pyloriomyotomy where it was. Then performed almost like a gram patch and put a piece of momentum over that mucosal injury because you had the mucosal injury but left the myotomy. The following day I would perform an upper GI and ensure that there was no leak there prior to feeds.
