The Importance of Women in Business
During those 14 years, I got a good deal of support from the women faculty all the way through. The senior male faculty just didn't see what I did communication as being tenurable in a business school at that point. So yeah, we have a very small number, like four and then, you know, went up and down a little bit. We have almost, we have 25 plus or minus half or something, which is the most we've ever had - it rains now.
