Anti-Gravity and the Earth's Negative Charge

The earth has a negative charge. A lot of what we call gravity is a byproduct of electricity. If we can counter the negative charge, you know, to negative magnets, repel each other, then we can play around with transportation modalities that really would blow people's mind because they're operating in an incorrect framework. That anti gravity is really just countering the earth's natural negative charge? Well, you just opened up a big can of worms.
