Why I Stopped Working on My Own Thing

A lot of people, I think more people follow that type of path where they don't have a super detailed plan or strategy in the beginning for exactly how they're going to start a business. And then only months or years later realize that it has the potential to be a solid business. So is that correct? Why did you make that choice instead of continuing to work on your own thing?
