Sore is pain after what you've done. Hurt is a verb, so we'd always say, i hurt my shoulder. A fluke is just like randoml you don't know how that person managed to do that, but they beat you. And then sore, i would genraly refer to the specific body part. I have a sore throat, like i said earlier. Sore shoulder, sore foot, or i have a pain in my foot. Is a nown we have a pain in my foot, in my shoulder, wherever. Think that covers all of them, i guess.
