I think cordona, or cordono is one to look at pretty seriously. It's kind of like the professionals block chain. And they have this slow but steady development cycle. Thet are very open about their milestones and give frequent progress reports. I really get nervous pointed anyone from to anything but bitinks. But if i were going to bet on another ethereum type alternative that might deliver what you're looking for, i think it's cardono.
