How to Deal With White Privilege in Your Workplace

How do you prepare yourself if your workplace has become untenable? You can't just have a fit about it and get fired because then you're fired. Put your CV in order like update your resume if there's holes in it and shortcomings in it fix them start looking for where else you might be able to move laterally or up. Maybe also use it as a time to make a career change in a positive direction but you better prepare yourself.
