I've been told that fascia is very hard to deform. How does it actually work? Is it more about, like you said, blood flow and our nervous system involvement that really makes the difference? Exactly. It's not so much that we're stretching fashion. I never even give stretches for IT band. Like, I don't think you can stretch that tissue. Just anatomically, you can't. So that's why I do recommend releasing the tissues that kind of connect to it.
