During the bull market, your brain was actually rewired for dopamine hits. Every time you checked price on your phone, your app and price went up, boom, dopamine hit. Now that dopamine is all gone. You have to get your hit like your brain wants chemical hits from something and you have to get it from something else. So do whatever it takes to stay interested.
