There are about 350 different dog breeds, and most of them are closed populations. The size of the dog does not really affect the epigenetic aging rate. We were hoping to find that bigger dogs age faster than smaller dogs,. And we didn't quite see it. One of the things that we learned is that these stories are going to be more work to do.
