Geraldine brooks' new novel is called horse, and it's published by hachette. It's a mystery centred on an abandoned homestead in a remote part of the northern territory. We see the story through grets eyes. Seeand her partner, jol take their three young children up north for an adventure to live on an abandoned property where joe grew up. And am iadsmit, have a really uncanny sense that there are a great many secrets and mysteries about joel and his family.
