The New System of University Presidents

People don't believe the institutions that we've relied on for rising up to be successful in many ways, work as well as they once did. So systemically we need to change things. But maybe part of that is that you, you know, you change the mindset of who should be a university president. There's models now the University of Miami has an interesting model. The same leaders that are stuck in a system right now will thrive quite well. And others probably won't.
