Is There a Risk of Alcohol Withdrawal?

Jaz: I find that an ido't know if you've seen this too, is that for people that have like, relatively significant alcohol us dis order and a history that like, goin to withdrawal and then only have a short recurrence. How do you try and keep those patients sort of from getting admitted in the hospital? Caroline: It's ultimately its anxiety, its social anxiety disorder. It's the need to feel better. Benzo's make you feel better, but it's not physiologic alcohol withdrawal. Jaz: We just have to be cautious about overdoing it with benzos when the problem is not alcohol withdrawal,. But we shouldn't be front loading them and
