Is the Development Climate in Detroit Changing?

I think that it's, it's really interesting city be cause there's a lot more development happening. There isn't an evident audience, because detroit is a city that's built for two million and still only has 700 thousand. I don't keep up with the maco economics of development at all. The only thing that makes sense to me is pay as little as you can for the position and invest as much as you can into the idea. That's the only thing that made sense to me.
