Am poetry is language that speaks to our hearts. In 20 first century language is our imaginations. And so i think it's important that, in different ways, the first and second chapters of the bible are telling us about our place in the world. The heart is the centre of our emotions, but also of our intellect. Those two things cannot be separated. It is the hegt is where we come up with pictures of what our world is like.
