The Future of CRE Loans
The CRE sector has never been more oversupply than it is today. The risk of a negative feedback loop where landlords are forced to lower rents or accept lower square footage from tenants, which in turn will pressure net operating income and then drive valuations even lower. But I would say history will tell you that losses play out over many years.
