How to Build a Successful Leadership Team

When you start a company, what somebody is literally like getting married, and it's in your face. I've worked on so many different projects with so many different people that it gave me a good sense of the kind of person I am and the type of person I work really well with. So for example, for our culture, one of the key tenants is we're all builders and problem solvers. For Blaze, that means we don't have people in our company that complain because complaining means that you're just saying something's wrong and you're not fixing it.
