Roxanne Jones: Do you feel after your experience in doing a lot of these groups and working with people that the ADHD brain generally does respond well to accountability or certain forms of accountability? The more we can kind of lean into that, that radical acceptance of like, this is what works. This is what's helpful. If it works, do it. I mean, that's when it comes to ADHD management, that is like at the heart of everything, do what works for you. Yeah.
