NATO leaders are concerned that Putin would announce he wants a truce with absolutely no intention of implementing one. The Ukrainians have to be the ones to make that decision, and it's very important in the face of what you just asked Julia that NATO stands very, very solidly together with the Ukrainians on that decision. It was very important on the back of Macron's state visit that Biden and Macron specifically publicly aligned on if there are to be negotiations. And of course, that would include a truce.
