Norms No Longer Work

I think that the voices that need to be leading that conversation, or should be at least helping to shape. So norms are should be folks who are underrepresented or marginalized. Because if you're able to design well for marginalized underrepresented voices and communities, everyone else is going to benefit. If there was a new UX certification, and it was being led by a bunch of white men in UX I'd be crushed. It's understanding to look like for us to actually reflect the sentiment of being inclusive and human centered.
