The Fourth Quadrant of Mindfulness

The fourth quadrant is learning how to express that prima dial perfection in how your body moves and how the words come out of your mouth. That's very much emphasized in zen in general and rinsizen in specific. So if someone comes to study with me, id give them a choice where they want to start. They are going to start with an appreciation practice very much like what you're talking about,. focusing on the details in an unrestricted way. And then there's a whole other quadrant ofsatons and so but we're not trying to unpack your system, ah yat. Let me just finish it and then i'll get back.
