The Importance of Feeding the Five Thousand Miraclely
The Jews were hoping to march on Rome, reestablish the temple and have a king again in Israel. That's not what Jesus intended to do. He is a king, but he came to do something else,. They want to push him towards the kind of king they wanted, not necessarily the one he came to be. And so notice what he does next. It is so significant to me of what happens next.
