How to Stretch Your Toes

Use your feet like hands by pointing them at something in the room and flexing, then releasing. Stand on your tippy toes for 1-5 minutes each day while walking around. Do this 10 times per foot per day. Try riding the alphabet with your toes in mid-air during commercial breaks of TV shows or whenever you have a few seconds to kill. The final thing you can do is to stretch your toes apart.
