Are We Prepared for This Winter Storm?

The governor is saying, no one can guarantee there won't be power outages from this winter storm. Vistra had to have a billion dollar right down in the stock tank, like 20 or 30 % over night during last ice storm. We're not in that situation this year. So i don't see that happening. And i see plise company happen agai if we see this again.
