Speak Both Hochdch and Dc?
Swiss german is completely incomprehensible to native speakers of hochdoch. By any normal criteria, those now count as different languages but reasonable people can disagree on where thelines are. I'm just tring think of an analogy for people to day where it would be ambiguous. In slova, right? They're trying to make lova a different language,. But for a hundred years or so, it would be looked at funny if you tried to claim there were anything other than sort of like the difference between northern english and er sure.
