Each person learns differently. And that's why it becomes important to address that. You can't generalize everything, and you have to cater for them. This puts a lot of pressure on the managers then to start thinking about how are they going to manage effectively? The leadership skills are left behind somewhere, yes? I want to highlight one thing. World economic forum just release the top ten skills that are required right e in 20 f i demand yet ogo in tri jobs. So seven out of ten jobs are actually tech jobs. But the skills that is required, eight out of ten, are leadership skills, business skills.
