Is Surgery a Good Option for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?
Surgical options include sometimes an endometrial ablation. Sometimes we will consider a myomectomy which is surgical removal of just the fibroids. And then finally, there's hysterectomy,. I can guarantee somebody will have no more periods, but it certainly is major surgery and deserves full counseling.
