This is a practice of being present within and without. We very much be careful with anxious thoughts because that's a big thing. A lot of the movement of thought for many people is associated with anxiety fear. And even angry thoughts often you find if you look deeply underneath the anger, there's fear. And it's disguised as anger. Then of course at some point you start thinking again and it's fine.
