How to Combine Roles in a Meeting

In the worst meetings is when all these roles get kind of blended and merged together. I think that's a designer dilemma too, because most designers are used to thinking about the relationship between the choices they make and the outcomes that they get. But if they naturally kind of lean into facilitating when there's not a system in place, then they become perceived as facilitators. And I think certainly in my organization at Capital One, there is a slowly growing demand for people who can do both jobs well.
