Antidepressants Aren't Good for Bipolar Disorder
There isn't that much clear evidence and research that shows that these drugs are efficacious. And you have a mountain of data that actually shows that they're hurting people and causing a lot of like long-term harm, right? So I feel like it's kind of like psychiatry has written this story. It tries to sell you solutions to the problems that intentionally created so that you have to now rely on these commodified solutions.
