I Claim My Love
At the age of 33, it's a big realization for me that my body is my life partner. I've been abusive to my body in ways i would never even dream of in to anybody else. By re framing that i'm in a relationship with my body, i've had to sit and forgive the parts of myself that we're ignorant o. That before, what is it to just except my body for what it is and not try and change?
