The American Right, the Hundred Year War for American Conservatism

Matt contineti, bill cristall's son in law, recently published a book called the right, the hundred year war for american conservatism. He goes back to the new deo era and the isolationis movement which is kind of where bill buckley got his original politics from. And so like, when you look at the origins of the right, opposition to the new deal, but also this kind of america first tendency, those were kind of bound up with each other.
