Bobby Kennedy's Order to Assassinate Castro

CIA's director of security, someone named Sheffield Edwards, confirms it to Hoover. He really was an intermediary between the spooks at Langley and Samgy and Kana. It's not clear whether Bobby Kennedy actually gave a direct order to assassinate Castro. We know that he was briefed by the CIA on elements of Operation Mongers including after the fact the plan to use mafia hit men to assassinate the Cuban leader.
