Clenitions and the Technology Side

When i think about dealing with clinitions in my time craning softway solutions for doctors, there is a big component, which is about the features and benefits. That's really important. We spent three years building out my beeper. It took us that long to get right. The key things are, number one, has to be customized. So it needs to be a bespoke, made for health care platform. And then finally, i guess a third thing that we e underestimated, which we heavily focus on now, is the customer's support around it.
