The Voice in the Head Is the Essence of Spirituality

For many, the first awakening to spirituality is to become aware that there has a voice in their head. When you have something negative, you can go and think about it for a very long time. It just gives you much more food for thought. So if you can only just show a clin that there is a voice in the head and that's not you, why is it not you? Because you know that thereis a voice in your head. And then you can also show that the voice, lot of the time, what it says is not true.
