equity has to do with fairness inside of an organization. If you look out into your team and you feel like, well, okay, I did the same work and it didn't get the same amount of credit, that's fundamentally a huge source of tension for people. We see measurement actually thoughtful measurement inside of teams has this effect. In our developer thriving research, this was fascinating, non-white developers were more positive about the benefits of using metrics.
