I think so much of what we're observing is just a mirror and reflection of our own inner world. So, you know, when we were talking earlier, we were talking about identifying the good and the bad of labels. I think there's times when they can be harmful for different reasons. And then notice is there a different way you could maybe respond, you know? Can you respond in a way that is kinder to yourself or iskinder to the people around you? You know, I think seeing it can be really powerful.
