Is Your Blessing One of Theer?

The english word blessing in the old testament is the hebrew barac, which means to speak the intention of god. At the last supper, jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, take eat. This is my body. That's matthew 26. So at the last meal that he ate before going to the cross, when jesus broke bread, representing his body, and he poured wine, representing his shed blood, he was giving a blessing. And we receive blessing by sacrificing, when some one gives their lives away.
