The Benefits of High Intensity Cardio Training
Every week i have at least one day off where i don't perform any structured activity. In between high intensity interval days, i'll have a day where i just do steady state brisk walking or light jogging. Plus, when you're focusing more intently on your moves, you may find that one side of your body is more dominant than other. All right, that's it for to day.
