How Much Does Emotion Regulation Predict Changes in Relationships?

Couples that are who are more satisfied with their relationship might actually experience fewer challenges. And so there is less of a need to regulate negative emotions in the first place. But when we look longitudinally, control finit levels of mere dissatisfaction can still have an effect on satisfaction. So i was wondering if you had any thoughts on this, and am ah, if you could say a little bit about how you address this issue in your own workys.
