In October 2009, Lindsey Lohan has her probation for drunk driving extended for a year because she needs more time to complete the required alcohol counseling program. In 2010, here we go. She misses a court hearing in May and the court hearing was supposed to determine whether or not she had been attending those counseling sessions. An arrest warrant is issued by the judge and it ends up being withdrawn after Lindsey Lohan's rep posts her $100,000 bail.
