I've Written a Hundred Letters of Thank You Every Week

One of my favorite things to do is actually write a thanke note every week to some one on the team. I've been at google only for two years, rady, but i think i have much deeper connections with so many people. And these are private letters in sundays trit but they establish a connection that is much deeper than one believes. Says one the second way to s grattitude is hearing from the people you serve.
