The US Trade Embargo Is Not the Reason Why They're Not Selling Things to Cuba

If i had the power to repeal everything about the embargo right now, i would do it. That wouldn't necessarily change the fact that cuba would still be a very impoverished country. I think you can't underestimate the degree h these communist regimes purposely put down their people and make them as poor as possible. The poorer the regular people are,  the more even if they are on the verge of going hungry, that is better for the regime because they can better manipulate them.
