How to Train Harder or Less?
Use your meditation practice as a guide as to whether your exercise intensity is appropriate this is very important for athletes. John Dulliard himself said how he got into this whole vedic approach was that he was told by an avatic doctor or a vidger that the way to understand whether to train harder or to train less was whether he would stay awake in his TM practice and so if he was alert during his TM meditation practice that was a sign that the body was well rested he could train more intensely. If he was falling asleep in his meditation then that was a signal or a sign to reduce the intensity to train a little bit less or not so hard and re-establish balance again
