Many insurance companies will offer reconsideration if you've improved your health. They'll simply send out a nurse again and do the whole medical exam again. You won't have to go through underwriting, all the rest of the stuff. And there's no downside. If it's gotte orse th, it's not going to go up. So there's no reason not to do that. Then secondarily,  if you want to simply shop the market place again, which you should, you simply contact a life insurance agent.
