Charles Shankler's Case for the United States

In one of the worst decisions in its history Shank for the United States upholds this prosecution says that it is permissible under the First Amendment. This case is regarded as a disaster and has been effectively overturned by Brandenburg. The espionage act gets repealed in 1921 thankfully but the rest wasn't so I think this is a train wreck of a statute. We need laws that make it illegal to engage in espionage or to share secrets before we get to trump.
