After two failed startups, my dad had this totally random idea. He started publishing once a week to like a couple hundred people in his roll index,. A weekly email called the real estate weekly with no advertising. And I said, well, maybe I could try to be the ad salesperson. So he said, yeah, sure, give it a try. It was done very thoughtfully.
